Welcome Reception

Location: Lumière (22nd floor) at ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel
Drinks and finger food will be served at the welcome reception, which will take place in the room “Lumière” 22nd floor after the opening lectures.
Gala Dinner
Date: Tuesday, 19 November
Time: 16:00* – 20:00 (*depart the venue at 15:00)
Location: Cruise ship “Galaxy”
Fee: 10,000 JPY (Register by October 31)
* We will depart from the conference venue (ANA Crowne Plaza) at 15:00. Please gather at the entrance hall. We will arrange shuttle buses between the conference venue and Hiroshima port.
The Conference GALA Dinner will take place on the Cruise boat “Galaxy”. During the cruise, we can enjoy panoramic views of beautiful islands in the Seto Inland Sea (National park of Japan), Itsukushima shrine (UNESCO World heritage site) and sunset from the cruise ship for 1-2 hr. After the sunset we will have for a 2 – 3 hr dinner cruise in Hiroshima bay.
