Oral presentation guidelines
Each presentation has a 15 min slot. We ask you to complete your talk within 12 min, so we can have some time for question-and-answer.
All presenters should upload your PPT file (Microsoft PowerPoint* (*.ppt) or (*pptx)) or PDF file (Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf)) to the computer in the presentation room at least 15 min before your session starts.
Please prepare your presentation in 16:9 format (a screen is in 16:9 aspect).
Poster presentation guidelines
Poster size should be A0 portrait oriented (width: 84.1cm / 33.1 inch, Length:118.9cm / 46.8 inch). Do not exceed these dimensions. The poster board itself will be 90 (w) x 210 (h) cm.
The posters can be displayed from 8:30 AM on 18th and should be displayed by the end of the poster session on 19th.
All posters should be removed immediately after the session is over on 19th. For those who will go to Gala dinner, you can store your poster in the conference room (the detail will be announced later).
A few posters will be selected for a poster award. All posters displayed before the poster session start will be nominated.
